Lump in pubic region

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I felt a small lump a few month ago after I waxed a small upper part of public region but ignored it. After that I never waxed but just trimmed the hair by scissors. But it's been a month since I've cut my hair but still a small lump has grown again and it little painful. I didn't know so today I squeezed it a bit and a very little pus came out. It's been 3-4 days since I've noticed it. What should I do?
