Inflammation on cheeks

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Every winter it gets developed some kind of inflammation on my face specially when I grow my beards longer. I live in Mumbai. It started in 2014 December when I started working in a manufacturing plant in Thane and so I consulted with many doctors but it gave some help n during summer only marks were there but the winter is approaching it has started again n it looks bad. It itches a lot as well. Pls help
