Small ball like inflammation near anus.

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have got a small ball like inflammation just a inch back of anus . It is very painful while sitting in the toilet and even while making any movement. So i want to know that it's a boil or I am having a piles . And also please suggest me to which doctor should I visit.
