Inflamed painful skin tag on my labia

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have been having this skin tag hanging on my labia for years and didn't show any reaction no pain at all. Now am 19 weeks pregnant and one day that is the day before yesterday I noticed it has gone red, swollen and painful. Now I don't know if it's because of pregnancy or what. I need help please what should I do?
