Infective ileo colitis
Infective ileo colits is it ibd plz reply. Chronic non specific colitis last June 2024 I done colonoscopy it shows these conditions. Present early morning sudden stomach pain and gas and motion after motion no pain is it because of infective ileo collitis

They are different conditions and need different treatment. Infective ileocolitis can cause diarrhoea,  abdominal pain, fatigue, fever, weight loss, etc symptoms. Consult a physician physically,  who can evaluate you  clinically  and treat you accordingly.

It is not related to ibd. It is related to gastrointestinal symptoms where pathogen is not known or not stated. Dietary changes r necessary. Avoid spicy foods, especially foods which trigger the inflammation. Identify the food items which r triggering it and avoid them. Sometimes stress also plays a role in exacerbations. Get a consultation from a gastroenterologist as u need to use antibiotics and corticosteroids for some time

Not ibd, its small intestine inflammation.  I was  a known  case for three years hospitalization  5 times, cause Flood water by mistake  consumed. All clear now how, CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY FIRST FOR SIX MONTHS.

Infective ileo-colitis is not the same as IBD. “Chronic non-specific colitis” on colonoscopy does not confirm IBD. Your symptoms could be due to infective colitis, but also could be due to regular gastroenteritis. Best to review with your gastroenterologist.
