You need to consult a doctor for this, no amount of medications can help, you need that abscess to be drained by preferably a surgeon. I can understand in USA appointments are not easy to get, go to an near by ER where you will be seen and managed. an regarding medications from India there is no way we can send medications without a proper official procedure.
