  4. Infection on thumb. Can i get rid of it?

Infection on thumb
I have got an infection on my thumb which keeps on growing all around my thumb. I had visited local doctor when it was not spread much and she had applied tincture iodine and suggested to have turmeric applied too later. However I did not see any improvement but it keeps on increasing. I get a lot of itching too all over it. How can I get rid of it?
