Infection at hair root

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hair follicles by a long time means 10-11 months.Once I took medicine they got cured and after a days they again appears. These follicles are painful and make the infected skin yellowish and red.They are filled with pus and blood. Sir/Ma'am why these hair follicles are recurring frequently? Is it a sign or symptoms of any serious illness??? Pls also tell me the treatment for it?
