Infection under hair follicle on hand

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I don't know what exactly has spread into an infection on the opposite side of my palm between and below the thumb and the index finger. It burns and has a pale coloured centre and red all around with swollen hair follicles. It hurts when touched or when the muscle is in use
