Inexplicable pain in neck
Dear Sir/Madam, I have inexplicable pain in neck since last 1 year. I am taking pain killers for that. I have tried all the courses of treatment like physiotherapy, accupressure, acupuncture etc. I have gone through several tests but nothing is diagnosed till now. Pain is persistent. I have visible pulsation at suprasternal notch . The cartoid artery is visibly pulsating. Could you please recommend neck and brain CT Angiogram? Thank you

Can you please elaborate more on the type of pain and the exact site? And associated symptoms such as tingling - numbness, radiation, weakness, what aggravates it, etc. With the limited history you have provided it's not very clear what could be the origin. And a CT angio cannot comment on soft tissue. I suggest you do not need it as you will have unnecessary radiation exposure
