Hi Doctor
I am diagnosed by indirect inguinal hernia on left side. I am performing yoga asan since days now and the pain is completely gone. Its happened beacuse of constipation for long time. So now i am taking extreme care in my diet and have included fibers.
Can i prevent surgery by following this procedure? If yes then which medicine can i take for abdominal wall strong? If i manage my weight then can this hernia be cured permanently?
Please suggest.

For hernia correction, surgery is the last safe and final procedure. You can do exercise but heavy weight lifting is not advisable. Please do not take any medicine for hernia, actually there is no such medicine for it. You can avoid surgery till your hernia size is small and there isno pain at site.
Next Steps
consultant surgeon if pain persist or size become gradually large.
