Indigestion, pain and vomiting are very common symptoms and they don't come only with Gastritis. They can be a part of Liver disease, Kidney disease, Uncontrolled Diabetes, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Head injury, Raised Intracranial Tension and many more diseases. If your father doesn't get cured within 1-2 days please consult a General Physician in your area. He may need many investigations and he may be even hospitalized.
