Indigestion neck pain
From past 10 days i m having side neck pain below ears which also shifts sometimes at the back of the neck.. with this i m having indigestion and nausea..what could be the reason and how can i cure it
Note- i m having loss of cervical lordosis from 2 months..went through physiotherapy after which back neck pain reduced but side neck below ears started which radiates to shoulder also

For back pain you can take dolonex dt two times daily for 5 days
