My son played in dirty water day before yesterday i. E on 13th jan and that night his head and feet was hot but no fever . His potty is semi liquid. And yesterday he at apple so complete apple was not digested. Today morning he did this type of potty. I thought it looks like flesh. He is active normal and eating. Is it normal potty?yestersy night i gave him renifol 5ml

Looks like semi loose stool. But, since it happened just once today,  can wait ND monitor. Can give ORS, coconut water,  butter milk. Avoid milk or juice for 2-3 days.
