Increasing milk supply
My daughter is 2 months old.She was exclusively on breast feed.I got chicken pox 12 days back due to which I had to express milk plus was giving formula milk to her.I am experiencing low milk supply.Also I could express 300 ml sometimes less in a day.How can I increase the milk supply? Can I take the suppliments for quick results?
