Feeding baby is most important for stimulating secretion from breast. Lactare tablets with Shatavari powder can be used. For details can connect.

Breast milk production depends on a number of factors : 1. The no. Of times you feed baby - feed baby every 2 hours. Should feed at night aswell. 2. Feed with both the breasts. Do empty your breasts after you have fed the baby. 3. Get adequate sleep and rest. A stressed mother will automatically produce less milk 4. Eat healthy. Your diet should be rich in poultry, dairy, fruits , nuts. 5. Lactare granules ( you are already taking ) Rest, do not stress too much about it. If baby weight is adequate, baby is gaining weight as advised by paediatrician, do not stress out. Your stress will automatically decrease your milk production.
