Hello
Her sugars are elevated can be bcos of stress hyperglycaemia or bcos of diabetes ..
Need to confirm that first..As if due to stress then use treatment to decrease sugars for short duration or till steroids given
..if diabetes need treatment for long..first go for HbA1C.then consult a doctor accordingly
