  4. Inconsistent fever. Help me in this!

Inconsistent fever
I assume may be due to some food poison i am getting fever irregularly for 10-30mins for past 3 days.Bowel process is not proper during this period of time.Consuming dolo and fever is going off.I want to ensure that the infection is totally uprooted.Help me in this regard.
