I was giving 1200mg of ibuprofen and tylex last week for a pain in my shoulder neck and back.. for the last 2 days I have severe pain in my stomach with spasms.. I didn't take any tablets today so have pain everywhere. Went to the chest and was giving nexum and gavason by no change

Stop all medications. Continue only with Nexium 20 that too before breakfast. Take Hifinac MR. 2 times a day. Apply volini Gel or spray to affected area. And meftal spas for stomach cramps. Do tell me after taking medication for 2 days.
