My baby is 15months, to build her immunity I have started giving her swarna prashan after consulting the doctor, but since then she is getting fever or cold... and I have to stop giving the drops...
I don't know what to do ? I am unable to give her the doses... she has put her on 6months course for swarna prashan... All she is getting I'll...
What should I do for her to adapt Pune's weather ?

Swarnaprashan dose should be reduced, fever is a positive sign of swarna prashan.
Gold is a potent Anti biotic ( basically a bacteriocidal), so the dose should be adjusted as the requirement of the baby.
Fever is a sign of inflammation - when there is inflammation there should be proper drainage too, which i hope that's lagging in your baby.
So correction in her medicine has to be done.
Further, I didn't notice such issue till date

Do not take any kind of stress .swaran prash lene ka ye matlab nai ha k use fever cough cold nai ho sakta. It is because of weather change or may ne viral. If you stop swarn prash then do not give again without consulting your dr.
2nd:- if your baby is suffering from fever then go to pediatrician and take proper medicine.because your baby is of only 15 month take care of him.
as we have parameters to check sugar in blood and blood pressure we also have parameters to check immunity
and those parameters once improved we can have strong immunity against weather dust or anything else.
