Ibs with high cholesterol
I have ibs for more than 6+ years and taking medicine like colspa r and sompraz d. Earlier i have done colonoscopy and endoscopy and ct entorograph but not was found except poly in gall bladder also i have recently done the test and found high triglycerides.
What steps should i take this now really disturbing

Continue medicines like Colospa-R for IBS if helpful
- Take probiotics + high-fiber diet
- Avoid trigger foods: spicy food, oily food, excess tea/coffee, junk food
- Reduce stress and maintain regular sleep
- For high triglycerides: avoid sugar, sweets, fried food, alcohol and start regular exercise (30–40 min walk daily)
Regarding gallbladder polyp, if it is <6 mm and no symptoms, usually only periodic ultrasound follow-up (6–12 months) is needed.
If you have persistent severe abdominal pain, weight loss, blood in stool or worsening symptoms, consult for assistance.
