IBS, premature white beard and hair
I am 31 years male now. Since childhood I have irritable bowel syndrome and I started to get white hair since my age 24 and and now almost 20% of hair has become white and almost 5% beard has become white . I took many treatment form renowned Gastroenterology but in vain and also took treatment for white beard and hair but still no improved day by day white beard and hair is increasing and that is why all make me fun and I am very much depressed for both the disease irritable bowel syndrome and white beard and hair.In, this situation what should I do??

Consult to psychiatrist for irritable bowel syndrome bcz it is basically brain dysfunction & there is a treatment for that & also for lack of confidence

Hi So sorry to hear that you're facing these issues for so long Stress directly affects our gut and can cause IBS. IBS in turn can cause malabsorption of various nutrients causing graying of hair. Chronic state of inflammation in the body either due to certain foods we consume or the stress can cause these kinds of problems. A gastroenterologist alone might not be able to solve your problems
