Can I get relief from ibs constipation and continuous pain at belly point by Ayrveda? I have done endoscopy, colonoscopy,. Reports are normal.

Take 1 fist black kishmish + 400 ml water boil it...reduce it upto 100 ml then drink it warm and chew boiled kishmish also. Do it everyday. Apply Hing lepa around the umbilicus
