I want to lose weight
I am trying to lose weight but it seems its not happening. I have a apple in breakfast and ragi cookies and tomatoes and cucumber for lunch and dinner. But I am unable to reduce weight. I wish to lose 12-15kg in 30days Please help me to reduce weight.
