Hi
You need to take balance diet with calorie dense food.
Do regular exercise
Avoid junk food
Drink enough water 2.5-3 lit Daily
Eat 4-6 meals
Hi, Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy .Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like
Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk, curd, Paneer, Meat, Fish, Eggs etc.
Include essential fats like Almonds, walnuts ,flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help. Supplementation is not the only way. Also keep yourself well hydrated as dehydration may give rise to headache. Joint pain could be because of deficiencies like Calcium and vitamin D. Please include Milk and its products like curd,Paneer,Cheese.Sunbath of 15-20 mins daily will help.
A complete case taking before prescription of diet advice is very important, if you want result. I would suggest take a proper consultation from a nutritionist or dietitian and then start a diet.
Hello!
As per your details, you seem to be quite underweight for your age and height. The headaches and joint pain maybe due to deficiencies like iron, vitamin D, calcium etc. You might have lost more vitamins and minerals due to your surgery.
Make sure you take 2-3 litres of water , include fresh fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and milk products daily.
Add healthy fats like milk and ghee. Avoid taking any supplement without proper advice and diet plan.
A detailed assessment of your current health status is necessary to give you a suitable diet plan.
