Hi . after 18 to 21 yrs its hard to increase height . but u can start exercise & Ayurvedic medicine it may help you . in early age its easily possible .
As such no Ayurveda classical texts mentioned height increasing medicines
But proper exercise does a bit.
Exercise has many rules to follow
Like it should be after oil massage ,
In empty stomach ,no water in between , avoid exercise in summer, the main thing the intake of proper good lipids like ghee and milk products .if done so this effect will be long lasting
