For frequent tooth decay, pain, and abscesses, Ayurveda focuses on deep cleansing, strengthening gums, and reducing bacterial load. Useful remedies include: Dashana Samskara Churna or Irimedadi Taila for daily oil pulling and gum massage Triphala mouth rinse or powder internally for detox Gandusha (oil pulling) with sesame or coconut oil Avoid sugary, sour, and cold foods For long-term healing, root causes like digestion and calcium metabolism need correction. Please consult for a full plan. (Note: For homeopathy, kindly consult a homeopath, as remedy selection is highly individual.)
