Hi, Since you haven't mentioned your investigation report so it would be difficult to assess the cause of your continued bleeding per vaginum since 20 day. Also if there is previous history of same or any other disturbance in menstrual periods. How many children do you have , last child birth dated? Any other associated complaints or medical problem for which you may or may not be taking medicine.  At the height of 5.1 you are overweight , and weight itself is a cause of many diseases and harmonal imbalances, there might have been other signs too .. which you have ignored like skin pigmentation on back of neck face forehead, hands at joint of fingure (thick dark velvety) , warts on neck and other skin folds etc. Facial/chin  hair growth , increase in body hair growth etc.

get your blood test done : CBC, TFT, s.calcium, blood sugar fasting and PP, s. estradiol s. progesterone, vitamin-D(25-OH) ultrasound for lower abdomen and pelvic region
