According to research a fibroadenoma is not a threat to become cancer (malignant change is unlikely).
You can relax.
But if the size continues to grow, especially more than 5cm, it’s best to go ahead and excise the lump.

Your FNAC report is suggestive of Fibroadenoma which is benign breast tumour. Need not to worry much about it.
Next Steps
Since it was done 3 years back. If it is causing you pain or heaviness in breast then you should get it removed which is called as Excision Biopsy else you can go for FNAC once again.
