I need to taper off my use of clonazepam
I was prescribed pexep plus 25 for a year for minor anxiety symptoms and I had abrubdtly stopped taking them which caused withdrawal symptoms but nothing major and so I had to take them again after two weeks of stopping them. I don't know if it was because of paroxetine or clonazepam but I'm still dealing with the symptoms however nothing major since my dose had been dropped from 25 to 12.5. I'm currently taking PAXTRA plus 12.5 and I've noticed my doctor has not decreased my clonazepam dosage (it is still 0.5 mg on the packet). I've come across many benzo withdrawal articles online and I'm terrified that I would get even more dependent on these drugs if I continue taking it. If anyone is experienced in tapering off use of the above medications, can you please answer my query so that I can consult with you?
