Find out reason of irreguler period check tsh level or due to pcod. Provide me complete information of madical history and family history.for reducing wt follow strictly diet plan and morning and evening brisk walk, exercise also. Add more fiber food in ur diet, high protein in ur breakfast, add more fluid whole day, less  calorie, low carbohydrates. Avoid junk food, oily and fried food.
