I have vitamin d deficiency
I took vit d3 60000iu for 10 continues days...now how should I continue, should i take one tab every week for a month and one tab every month for next 6 months...is it overdose since i took for 10continues days...tell me how to continue my next doses since iv taken 10 continues doses

You did not mention how much was your vitamin d level and why were you prescribed vitamin d supplements. Well firstly you should stop vitamin d now . Get a vitamin d fresh report and then we will see what needs to be done.

You shoud stop immediately and after one month take one tab once in 15 days

Stop vit d for 2 weeks...do u have any symptoms like constipation , nausea, drowsiness, muscle weakness , backache or chest pain?... If any needs immediate medical attention.. If none and still u are worried just have check of your serum calcium levels once...

Since you have already taken it for 10 continuous days. You should now stop it for atleast two weeks and then start it again with once a week regimen
