I have vitamin d deficiency
I took vit d3 60000iu for 10 continues days...now how should I continue, should i take one tab every week for a month and one tab every month for next 6 months...is it overdose since i took for 10continues days...tell me how to continue my next doses since iv taken 10 continues doses

Stop vit d for 2 weeks...do u have any symptoms like constipation , nausea, drowsiness, muscle weakness , backache or chest pain?...
If any needs immediate medical attention..
If none and still u are worried just have check of your serum calcium levels once...
