It looks like you've got parikartika and mild inflammation too. This occurs due to increased pitta and vata too.Do you face constipation? Did you eat something spicy and hard food recently? Also i need to analyse your situation from your ahar vihar. You should apply shatadhauta ghrita on the affected areas or eranda oil. Take triphala churna 1 tea spoon with lukewarm water before bed and eat more laxative or light diet only for a month.

Hello, It is external haemorrhoids (piles) along with Anal fissure as you are complaining of burning while passing stool. It’s better to consult an ayurvedic physician and undergo proper rectal examination done for better assessment of the condition . As of now you can do Sitz bath twice or thrice a day specially after passing stool for 10 minutes. Apply Jatayadi tailam around Anal region for burning twice or thrice a day . Maintain proper hygiene to avoid further infection.
Next Steps
Next step - consult an ayurvedic Physician for proper treatment .

Avoid spicy and oily food. Some times excessive stress also leads to that. If so try to correct it. Take lot of water . Apply Pilocid ointment locally before and after passing stools. Orally have Triphala guggulu 2-2-2, Gandhaka Ramayana 1-1-1andChirabilwadi kashaya 20ml twice daily for one month.

Thank you for your message. From your description, it seems you are having recurrent burning and painful lesion near the anal area, which could be due to chronic fissure-in-ano, recurrent fungal infection (intertrigo), or pilonidal sinus. However, an exact diagnosis needs physical examination. General advice: Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid constipation — take high-fiber diet, plenty of water, and use stool softener (like lactulose or Cremaffin at night if required). Sitz bath: Sit in lukewarm water with a pinch of salt for 10–15 min twice daily. Apply Lidocaine + Hydrocortisone or diltiazem 2 % ointment locally (if fissure suspected). If fungal infection suspected (itching, redness, white scaling), use Clotrimazole + Beclomethasone cream twice daily for 7–10 days. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, and prolonged sitting. Since this is recurrent for 2 months, I strongly advise you to get examined by a general surgeon or dermatologist. They may need to rule out fissure-in-ano, fistula, or fungal dermatitis and might suggest local antibiotics or minor surgical treatment if needed.
