Thyroid check
I would like to know is my thyroid better or worse from last year report and this year report. After so many years again now I missed my periods last date was on December 30th till Jan 3rd. And I am not pregnant. It's been a month I did work out recently by going to gym also had stress over personal family issues. Also have pcod but doctor said thats minimal nothing to worry pcod of 3mm size no fibroids found few cysts . Now kindly suggest me the medicine please

Your problem is due to unhealthy lifestyle so Chang your Lifestyle,food pattern, behaviour pattern.Do Meditation Try to Relax your self and focus on your job not at thoughts.Take Green veg and seasonal fruits.avoid junk food, spicy,acidic.Try to live in present not in past and future thoughts. you can take tab.TFN a herbal medicine..it will mentain your TSH level...Your TSH is slight raise..after one month you can repeat Your TSH
