I have small painless bumps on my body.

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Had these for a few years now. They are are my hand, wrist and genitalia. I thought they were Fordyce spots but I've never heard of Fordyce spots being on the hand and wrists. They look like Fordyce spots in Google images and etc. Please help me, I know I shouldn't be stressing about this but I am. Also I haven't been sexually active if that helps.
