I have sleep disorder
I am unable to sleep in nights from around two months. My eyes always swelled and i feel my head heavy. Unable to concentrate on my work and having negative thoughts in mind. From some days i am facing problem to see things properly.

Hi, The lack of sleep is causing the eye problem from what it seems. But I would suggest that you see an eye specialist. The negative thoughts are causing the insomnia and this could be due to anxiety and repetitive thoughts. I would strongly suggest counselling and hypnotherapy. You are welcome to reach me here.
