It could be tinea infection or face or it could be seborrhic dermatitis. Need to examine and evaluate before comment on treatment. Currently to subside the itching symptomatically you can use tablet levocetrizine twice a day until you get it evaluated. You send me a pic through online consult if you cant visit me personally, or else visit a qualified dermatologist in your vicitnity. Hope this was helpful.
