I have pain mouth and Some swelling
Any suggestions There is some pain and any open my mouth wisely. Taking Medicini ( diclofenac solium paracetamol) thrice a day. It's been 2 days m taking medicine.. there is some relief in pain but it's bleeding right now.

The swollen gum around the tooth is Pericoronitis. Take an X ray Treatment options? Laser operculextomy or Extraction? I notice a cavity too. For definitive diagnosis please visit near by clinic.

Hello. The picture is suggesting of a condition called pericoronitis- inflammation of the gums around your wisdom tooth. I would suggest to get rid of the wisdom tooth asap to comfort your oral health

As the picture suggest you have an erupting last molar..get an x ray done to rule out whether it needs to be extracted or operculectomy can be done.

It's Pericoronitis with ur wisdom tooth.  Pain killers won't  work all alone.  Need to visit dentist,   u have to start with antibiotics followed by radiograph and go for operculectomy .
