As per your complaint,  there is a muscle catch at your neck because it's an acute condition which started 4 days ago  so nothing to worry about,  now at this pandemic I ont refer you to go n meet physiothrapist but suggest you to take *ACEMEZ PLUS TAB ( Twice a day ) Pan 40 early morning before breakfast for 4 days. * Muscalt forte spray or Myolaxin-D ointment apply over painful region. *I will not suggest you to use hot pack because it's a  summer so it will irritate u more.  * Strictly no exercise to neck,  only rest for 4 days because your neck is full of pain with no movement how could other suggest you for exercise ,so avoid it.
Next Steps
use cervical pillow ; no hard or soft pillow only cervical pillow. * Only rest no exercises. *Take suggested medicines.
Health Tips
Nothing to worry this is temporary muscle catch.  you need muscle relaxant. see u after 4 days.

Consult a Physiotherapist on a priority basis and based on the assessment you will be given certain exercises to be done on a daily/regular basis. For immediate relief, please try hot water fermentation followed by application of medicated pain relieving gel or lotion. If you're working from home then please consult with the Physiotherapist how the ideal work station should be and precautions to be taken while working to avoid further neck and shoulder pain
