I think if you hold back or resist yourself from Suboxone, one and the same thing, your withdrawl symptoms get worsened. Take 4 mg stat, means at once sublingually, atleast for Half an hour. Then take on as required basis. I served I National drug dependence treatment centre AIIMS, situated in Ghaziabaad near Hapur toll tax. Its an excellent indias top 10 centre. I wanted to know, who is prescribing you this Suboxone, which is only available at rehabilitation centre. Also you can attend meetings of NA or AA. Regards.
