I have hair loss, it seems severe to me.

I have been having hair loss a lot recently. It had calmed down after I went to a doc and was prescribed 10 androanagen tablet with 10 weltin tablet and folli serum. I suspect myself that my hair loss might be linked to not just stress but masturbation as well. My family does not have hair loss, my dad still has hair left at 49-50 and brothers have good hair as well. I noticed whenever I masturbated, after sometime I noticed hair fall so I have stopped for some time now. Durih the time I took those meds, I went bald for a better start and now I am thinking of trying those again. But looking up on androanagen, it is said to contain minodoxil and that whatever hair I gain and should have lost without it, I will lose it once it stops but the doc that prescribed me had told to use for 10 days? I am not sure what I should do, but I also dont want to havs to use meds all the time and not be able to stop. Please advice what I can do. I lose hair from all over my head not just one area.
