I have gum hypertrophy for 1 year

Asked for Female, 42 Years

Gum hypertrophy with bleeding gums for 1 year before 2 years.. I consulted a dentist and he said i have to fix new teeth and he fixed it but he did not fix them properly.. I now have bad breath and lower teeth are brown stained.. I donot have any habit of smoking or chewing tobacco.. What should i do?
