Are you having this pain secondary to cough and cold or after any trauma? Search kind of pain can be due to blocked nose are due to allergic rhinitis. At your age such pain can also be due to heart conditions and you should get an ECG done immediately. For now take tablet zerodol SP 1 Tablet 2 times a day for 3 days. Take tablet levocetrizine one tablet once daily at night for 3 days.
