I have cracks in my heels since 4 years

When I walk barefoot , cracks happens all of sudden ,daily I put my legs in hot water and apply crack cream but still the cracks are not going it becomes so hard , I am just 25 , please let me know if some tablet I have to take.

The cause of the cracks need to be found. Some skin diseases can also present with cracks on the feet. Please send photos or visit me for treatment. Don't use soap over the feet and don't scrub them. Start wearing shoes instead of open footwear.
