After shaving my anal area with prep surgical blade i have this condition. I play badminton very often and played after shaving too since then skin is irritated even when growing hair pokes causing glass shattering pain and heavy moisture and wetness at lower crack that i never felt. Even when wiped wetness persists within a minute. Stopped badminton and started micanazole (DK gel) for 3 days to lower crack no improvement so ,Started anometrogyl ointment for 8 days twice daily, seen improvement but when again started activity same pain and wetness rebounded. This time I tried cetaphil baby diaper rash cream for 4 days twice daily but it worsen condition. Now i used tbact for 3 days once daily at night no improvement but smell is reduced so from yesterday i switched to Hydrocortisone cream and now i feel alot better but im scared to do any physical activity . Is it dermatitis or intertrigo?? Please help.
