I have both leg pains for one month
I have a both leg pains some times pain in my neck area especially at night times..my blood sugar levels are normal and last month I was diagnosed by vitamin B12 deficiency and vitamin D deficiency..now my vitamin levels are normal but my pains was not cured..some times I feel burning sensation also..

There can be both involvement of cervical and lumbar spine pathology which gives this picture. B12 though levels are normal it takes some time for neural recovery sometimes months to couple of years before you can be symptom free. However in vegetarians these levels have to be checked frequently yearly once. If your pains does not settle down in the next few months get a whole spine MRI scan and meet orthopaedician

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for  back and hips and knees and ankles and feet. --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan.
