I have anal fissure problem
I am not able to get relief after toilet, it's painful, my consultant's doctor said it will heal automatically. But today is 5 day. Pain is so high... My doctor suggested for laser surgery what should i do

Hi Dear Good Day As you mantioned here so you are suffering from Anal fissure. As per you this is since last 5 days? So ist first time are you suffering from Anal fissure? How frequently do u have bleeding during defection? Ist painfull and burning and itchh is there? Are you suffering from constipation? Look Surgery is totally depends on picture or condition of tear of Anal mucosa. But I ll advices you please try by medicine first.
Next Steps
Start high Fibre diet. Stop all kind of junk food.spicy.oily and Faty food. Increase your water intake. Start Sitz bath with betadine solution.(Especially water motion) Start physical Activity. RX. apply fusidic acid cream twice a day externally (especially after sitz bath) Aplly Xylocaine 2% gelly before defection. Ont Rective inside and outside as well twice a day. Syrup Cremalax 30 ml Hs ( at bed time).
