I have a problem with my irregular sleep
I don't get sleep every night. I get sleep 3-4 times a week. I have developed this problem some 6months back. Feels sleepy in the night but unable to sleep. Consulted few doctors as well and worked on daily routine and eating habits as well. Fixed the timing of sleeping and getting up. Still there is no improvement. Don't have any stress. I don't consume alcohol and I am a vegetarian. Please suggest. Thanks
