I have a pain in body
I have a pain in body I means the pain is Tingling like pain in hand and legs like an Kelly below the feet heel  and some time muscles pain to after my delivery now I have 12 month son I went to ayurveda doc and she done nadi pariksha and said there is no vatt issue it's happen after the delivery my all cbc reports are normal Esr is 10 and my Uric acid also normal I not able to upload more the 2 copies hence Iam not able to upload the first copay of cbc which is normal

After delivery there is nutritional deficiency...pt don't take calcium ,iron and multivitamin supplements which should be taken at least 3 months after delivery to recover loss that happens during pregnancy. do check your vit D3 and vit B12 levels. Tingling sensation is mostly due to B12 deficiency which is most common in vegetarian people
