I have a left Kidney stone of 5.2mm
USG Scan confirms the Left kidney stone which measures 5.2 mm and slightly hydroureteronephrosis, so that horrible pain is facing, later by doctor Suggestion am taking antibiotics also, Is it possible to remove by tablet only or any surgery I have to undergo.

The usg reports show you have block on left side. Do a CT scan which tells accurate sizes of stones and location. If they are small and pain is less than conservative management is advisable. If they are large than you will require surgery. Surgery is usually a endoscopic Surgery.
